Professional Extensions & New Builds
We employ a team of highly skilled professional tradesman & craftsmen, who have worked with us for a number of years, and therefore understand the high standard of work that we demand to retain our reputation and consistently meet & exceed customer expectation.Our team includes Bricklayers, Roofing specialists, Joiners & Carpenters, NIC EIC approved Electricians, Gas Safe registered Plumbing & Heating engineers, Plasterers, Tilers, Painters & Decorators. We also work closely with selected Landscape & Garden Designers.

Once we have an agreed start date, we will ensure that the project is operating every working day, and we will ensure the sites and working areas are tidy and organised to minimise client disruption. We will undertake weekly review meetings with the client to discuss and update on progress to date.
Once a quotation is agreed we will produce a fixed price contract detailing all agreed work.
Should additional works or changes to the plans or specifications be required, these will be discussed and agreed beforehand with the client and priced accordingly, with all costs confirmed in writing.
